FOS agrees to treat as confidential any nonpublic information it receives about Client or Client's customers ("Confidential Information"), and to handle such information with the same degree of care as it uses with its own confidential information. FOS agrees that it will use Confidential Information only for purposes of performing its obligations under this Agreement, and that it will not use Confidential Information for any purpose not permitted by law. FOS shall implement and maintain appropriate measures designed to meet the objectives of the guidelines establishing standards for safeguarding nonpublic personal information about Client's customers as adopted by any federal financial regulatory agency having authority over Client's business.
FOS specifically agrees that it will not use any non-public personal information about Client's customers in any manner prohibited by Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
6. Acceptance of These Terms. By using the FOS Web site, you consent to the terms included in the FOS Privacy Statement. If you do not agree with the Privacy Statement, please do not use our site.
